End Load Cartoners
The 2 different models are fully servo-driven, automatic continuous motion End Load Cartoners.
They are designed for large scale, high-speed cartoning operations. The servo motors power the rotary carton feeder, flap tuckers and flight chains as well as the product infeeds and transfer conveyors.
Elimination of mechanical power transmissions ensure the models perform to a consistently high level of efficiency with very low maintenance costs.
The machines employ a heavy-duty, smooth running barrel cam product loader that incorporates overload detection in the event of product jamming.
The barrel cam loader pusher arms are easily retracted for product removal. Standard features include automatic lubrication, servo-assisted, and tool-less size changing.
A wide range of optional features is available to enable the machine to be adapted to meet the customer’s specific requirements.
End Load Cartoner Compact 4
With its special developed and patented size Star "STELLA 8" the COMPACT 4 is the most flexible Compact Cartoning Machine worldwide.
It can be configured with up to 3 flexible filling stations and, due to its enormous size range the COMPACT 4 offers the appropriate and ideal solution for contract packers.
The COMPACT 4 can be configured to handle various closing systems - tuck-in, hot-glue or a combination of both.
Each COMPACT 4 is tailor made. It can be equipped with many industry specific options.
Especially for the pharmaceutical industry you can opt e.g. for a stainless steel machine plate, for pharma-code or track-and -trace controlling camera systems, for the most different coding systems on the market or you can group the complete packed products for further processing.
