The Carastar® is available in a number of different sizes and comes with options such as: load cells for automatic ingredient feeding into cooker if there is no batch weigher available, vacuum installation, high shear mixer for homogenization and lump free dispersion of the mass, CIP booster pump and dairy valving to allow an inline washing of the system.
Unit also includes 360° spray balls.

Sugar & Sugar Free Coating
This automatic coating system is used for chocolate engrossing and varnishing in the same shallow pan.
Soft sugar panning can also be done in the pan, which produces finished batches up to 550 lb.
The system has a large touchscreen, where all the recipes are saved. Perforated drums are employed for hard sugar and hard sugar-free panning.
When a batch is finished, the products are quickly discharged underneath the pan into mobile bins.
A range of automatic high-capacity panning systems in batch sizes up to 6,600 lb is available.
